We bake our products fresh from our bakery / kitchen facility in Concord daily. We have baking schdule depending on your pick up / delivery date to provides you with freshest product possible.

Our cookies & baked goods contain or have come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, wheat, egg, and soy. While not all products have nuts and other allergens as ingredients, we make all the products in the same facility so there is potential for cross-contamination. We cannot guarantee that any or all of our products will be nut free. Please ask us any questions regarding any allergy concerns before placing an order and we’ll be happy to answer.

Many of our baked goods are best enjoyed warm.
The cookies can be reheated for about 10-15 seconds in the microwave or for 3-5 minutes in a 350°f oven or until warmed through.
You can also reheat frozen cookies in a 350°f oven for 8-10 minutes or until warmed through.

Yes, you can purchase our baked goods at our cafe but availability is not guaranteed. please see here for our locations.

We do not have online giftcards. However, you can purchase / gift cafe giftcard which can be redeems at any of our cafe location for any products in store.

You can order our baked goods for pick up. Please make sure you are able to pick up at our kitchen at 40 Adesso drive in Concord. You can also pick up at the cafe. Please call cafe directly to check if baked goods are available.

You can also email headchef@demellokitchen.com with your name, phone number, date and time of pickup, and your order. Someone will reply to confirm your order.

Yes, for a min order of $65 delivery is free within Toronto for postal codes that start with “m4”, “m5″, and m6”. Otherwise, the fee is calculated based on the location of the delivery address and will be shown on the checkout page after you provide your full delivery/shipping address on the form.
